Merrison, age 57 of Sunnyview Home, formerly of Wallula Avenue,
Butler, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, October 23, 2004 at 4:00 a.m. in
Sunnyview Home. Born Friday,
December 27, 1946 in Phoenix, Arizona, she was the daughter of the
late Newell W. Freeman and the late Dorothy Kilmer Freeman.
Mrs. Merrison was a former nurse's
assistant for Passavant Health Care Center in Zelienople,
Pennsylvania. She was a member of the former Faith Reformed Church,
the Center Avenue PTO where she had held the office of president, and
a former member of Eastern Star.
Mrs. Merrison is survived by two
daughters, Stacy Lyn Merrison and Nicole Merrison both of Butler,
Pennsylvania; two grand-daughters, two brothers, Douglas N. Freeman of
Parker, Colorado, and Jeffrey D. Freeman of Missoula, Montana; on
sister, Mrs. Graham (Patricia) Clarke of Littleton, Colorado and by
many nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation for
Mrs. Melanie A. Merrison, her family will announce a memorial service
to be held at a later date.

Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler,
