Martha E.
Wensel, 78 of Butler, died Wednesday, October 8, 2003 in Butler
Memorial Hospital.
Born February 21, 1925 in Yatesboro, Pennsylvania, she was the
daughter of Enoch Ball and Margaret Hawley.
She was a homemaker. She was a Presbyterian by faith. Mrs. Wensel
enjoyed camping at Plantation Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Richard E. (Linda) Mealy of Butler,
Pennsylvania, one son, William R. Wensel of Walnutport, Pennsylvania,
Three Grandchildren, Three Great- Grandchildren, one sister, Mrs.
Beatrice Sprake of Erie, Pennsylvania, and a number of nieces and
nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband William J. Wensel, who passed
away in March of 1992, two daughters, two brothers, and three sisters.
Friends will be received at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
124 East North Street, Butler, PA, on Saturday, October 11, 2003 from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
Sunday, October 12, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Cloyd Osborne
Officiating. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. |
