Margaret Benko, 90,
of Lyndora, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 3, 2011 at
the Butler Memorial Hospital.
She was born October 21, 1920 in
Lyndora, Pennsylvania to the late Michael Benko and the
late Anna Kocan Benko.
Miss Benko is survived by one
sister, Dolores and her husband John Prokopchak of
Potomac, MD; two nephews, David and his wife Gayle
Prokopchak of Potomic, MD and Gregory Prokopchak, of
Atlanta, GA; and one great-niece, Nicole Prokopchak. She
also leaves a loving caregiver, Martha Sapar.
In addition to her parents she was
preceded in death by three bothers and two sisters.
Friends will be received Monday,
June 13, 2011 2 -5 p.m. at Thompson - Miller Funeral
Home, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA.
Funeral services will be held on
Tuesday, June 14, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at the
Thompson-Miller Funeral Home Inc., 124 East North St.
Butler, PA, with Father Robert F. Oravetz of St. John
the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Lyndora
officiating.
A Parastas service will be held at
4:30 p.m. on Monday at the Funeral Home.
Entombment will take place in the
Chapel of Devotion, Butler County Memorial Park.
