Katherine L. Bicker,
age 84 of Trinity Living Center, Grove City, Pennsylvania, died
Monday, October 24, 2005 at 3:59 p.m. in the Trinity Living Center.
Born September 1,
1921 in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the
late James Burd and the late Frone Smith.
Mrs. Bicker was a
homemaker. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in
Sarver, Pennsylvania and was a Sunday School Secretary for many
years.
Mrs. Bicker is
survived by her husband, Floyd W. Bicker and whom she married on
October 4, 1941, by one daughter, Janet E. Kriss of New Martinville,
West Virginia; one son, Russell F. Bicker of Slippery Rock,
Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two
sisters, Mrs. Agnes Smith of Cabot, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Virginia
Smith of Freeport, Pennsylvania and by a number of nieces and
nephews.
Mrs. Bicker was
preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.
Friends will be
received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North
Street, Butler, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 from 7
to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller
Funeral Home, Inc. on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with
Reverend Dr. David West of GraceWay Community Church officiating.
Interment will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. |
