Pearl E. Broad, 94 of
Mineral Point, Madison, Wisconsin, formerly of American Avenue, Butler
died Saturday, November 8, 2003 at Oakwood Retirement Community,
Madison, Wisconsin.
Born August 10, 1909 in Butler, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of
John Harrison and Jane Broadbent.
She was retired as an administrative assistant for Sunnyview Nursing
Home. She attended North Main Street Church of God. Mrs. Broad was a
former Judge of Elections for the city of Butler for many years.
Mrs. Broad is survived by two daughters, Judith E. Broad of Madison,
Wisconsin, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Hurley of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and
Two Grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was her husband Charles F. Broad, who passed
away in 1988, one sister and one brother.
Friends will be received at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
124 East North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, November
12, 2003 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Kenneth C.
Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates. |
