Corwyn "Buck" Keith
Cadwallader, 79, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed
away on December 7, 2011 at 8:55 a.m. at the VNA
Inpatient Hospice.
He was born June 6,
1932 in Butler, Pennsylvania to the late Allen
C. Cadwallader and the late Daisy O. Huselton
Cadwallader.
Mr. Cadwallader
graduated from Butler High School in 1950. He
worked for 39 years as a machinist at Butler
Armco, retiring in 1991. He enjoyed being with
his family and friends..
Mr. Cadwallader is
survived by four daughters, Sandra Doerr and her
husband Donald of Bay Minette, AL, Sharon Abel
and her husband Charles of Butler, PA, Susan
Cadwallader of Butler, PA, Sally John and her
husband David of Hanover, MD; nine
grandchildren, Bryan Slaughenhoupt and his wife
Lea, Stacey Bowen and her husband James, Timothy
Doerr, Stephen Koch and his wife Karyn, Amy
Kredel and her husband John Malec, Melissa
Bingham and her husband Robert, Clayton Abel and
his wife Lisa Abel, Benjamin Abel and Jamie
Burkett,Catherine Abel; ten great-granchildren,
Samantha Benko, Michael Bowen, Sophia and Emma
Slaughenhoupt, Timothy Doerr, Jr., Alexander
Kredel, Aaron and Anthony Abel; Baby A and Baby
B Koch, his dog and his best buddy, Patti, and a
number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by his wife,
Betty Jane Shields Cadwallader, whom he married
February 20, 1952 and who passed away July 17,
2008; one brother; and two sisters.
Friends will be
received
Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 4 to 7 p.m.
at Thompson - Miller Funeral
Home, Inc., 124 East North Street Butler, PA.
Funeral services will be held immediately
following at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with
Reverend Michael P. Campbell of Weirton Heights
Free Methodist Church, Weirton, West Virginia
officiating.
Private interment will
take place in the Greenlawn Burial.
