Born Monday, May 25, 1914 in Butler, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Edward Caldwell and the late Anna Lonitz.

Mr. Caldwell was a farmer and also owned and operated Caldwell Greenhouse. He was Presbyterian by faith. Mr. Caldwell enjoyed pitching horseshoes.

Mr. Caldwell is survived by number of nieces and nephews and a number of great nieces and great-nephews.

Mr. Caldwell was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.

Friends will be received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.

Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc. Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Richard Leseganich officiating. Interment will follow in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
