Reep Clark, 94, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away
on December 8, 2016 at the Newhaven Court at
born June 30, 1922 in Fairview Twp., Butler County,
Pennsylvania to the late Cecil and Myrtle Bowser
Jean was a
graduate of Karns City High School. She worked at
Chantler's Bakery, then devoted herself to raising
her family. Jean was a member of Unionville
Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed crocheting,
singing, canning, baking, quilting with her friends
at the church, and most of all spending time with
her family and friends. Jean was a kind and selfless
person who was once told she smiled with her eyes.
As her eyes dimmed, she smiled more brightly from
survived by four sons, Delbert Clark of Helena, MT,
Thomas Clark, Robert Clark (Patti), and Ray Clark
(Marsha); and one daughter, Ruth McCafferty (Brian)
all of Butler, PA; one sister, Shirley Barnhart of
Chicora, PA; seven grandchildren; eleven great-
grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a
number of nieces and nephews.
to her parents she was preceded in death by her
husband, Warren H. Clark, whom she married on
February 16, 1942 and who passed away on November
30, 1997; one daughter, Darla McGinnis and her
husband James; one daughter-in-law, Gloria Clark;
three brothers; and six sisters.
