Theodore W. "Ted"
Cochran, 69, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed
away on November 26, 2011 at his residence.
He was born
November 27, 1941 in Butler, Pennsylvania to
the late Robert C. Cochran and Virginia C.
Rush Cochran.
Mr. Cochran was a
1959 graduate of Butler High School and was
a veteran of the United States Marine Corps,
serving in Vietnam. He worked at Armco
Steel, Butler Works for 30 years in the
Inspection Department, retiring in April
1994. Mr. Cochran was a member of the
American Legion Post #778 and the Social
Society Slovak Club, both in Lyndora, PA. He
was Presbyterian, by faith.
Mr. Cochran is
survived by one son, William R. Cochran and
his wife Barb Mosco; one daughter, Patricia
Cochran and her husband Jim Wilson; one
grandson, Robbie Cochran; and two
step-grandchildren, Krista and Lisa.
In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by one
son, Russell R. Cochran, who passed away
November 1995; and one brother, Robert C.
Cochran.
Friends will be

Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00
p.m.
at the Thompson - Miller
Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street
Butler, PA.
Funeral services will be held on
Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.
at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
124 East North Street Butler, PA, with
Pastor Clark Sawyer of Hill United
Presbyterian Church officiating.
Burial will take place in the
Greenlawn Burial Estates.
