Julia Cuffman,
95 of Butler, died Saturday, November 15, 2003 in Sunnyview Home.
Born October 31, 1908 in Lyndora, PA, she was the daughter of Shandan
Doctor and Julie Wals.
During WW11, Mrs. Cuffman was employed in the Pullman Standard Shop
and she also worked at the Spade Shirt Factory. She was a licensed
practical nurse and she practiced private duty care in the Butler
area. She was a member of the L.P.N. Association.
Surviving are her two sons, Donald L. Cuffman and Earl L. Cuffman both
of Butler, five grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one
great great granddaughter, a brother, Geza Doctor of Renfrew, PA, and
a number of nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her husband Earl L. Cuffman, Sr. who died
August 10, 1976, one grandson, one sister and four brothers.
Friends will be received at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
124 East North Street, Butler, PA, on Monday November 17, 2003 from
7:00-9:00 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
Monday November 17, 2003 at 9:00 p.m with the Reverend Dennis Molnar
officiating. Interment will be in the Greenlawn Burial Estates on
Tuesday November 18, 2003.
