Clarence L. Dietrich, age
81, of Portersville, PA, went home to be with the
Lord surrounded by his family who love him very,
very much, on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 .
He was born July 26, 1930
in Butler, Pennsylvania to the late Harry B.
Dietrich and Myrtle (Rankin) Dietrich.
Mr. Dietrich owned and
operated C. Dietrich Water Well Service for over
forty years. He was a member of Homeacre Chapel.
Clarence enjoyed camping, traveling and was a
talented musician.
Mr. Dietrich is survived by
his wife of 60 years, Emma L. (McCall) Dietrich,
whom he married June 30, 1951; four daughters, Doris
Burd of Portersville, PA, Kathy Salkeld of Cabot,
PA, Marian Sanders of Butler, PA, and Shirleen
Fishel of New Port Richey, FL; one son, Clarence L.
"Sonny" Dietrich of Portersville, PA; twelve
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by
two grandchildren; his parents; four brothers; and
three sisters.
A celebration of his life will be held
Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at
the Presbyterian Church of Prospect, 115 Church
Street, Prospect, PA 16052.
Arrangements are being handled
by the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 E.
North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be

funeral expenses.
