Addine Hoke, 92, of
Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 11,
2011 at 10:10 p.m. at the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
She was born October 27,
1918 in Enterprise, Mississippi to the late Charles
Brown and Etta Clark Brown.
After her husband passed
away, she was the Owner & Operator of the Marion
Hoke Trucking Co. in Butler. Mrs. Hoke was a member
of the Church of Christ in Zelienople..
Mrs. Hoke is survived by
two daughters, Barbara Chapman and her husband
Jimmy, of Moore, SC, Patricia (Patti) Fleeger and
her husband Lester of Butler, PA; one son, Charles
Hoke and his wife Anne of Murray, KY; three
grandchildren, Geoff Chapman, Anne Marie Main, and
Rebecca Hoke; five great-grandchildren, Taylor
Duncan, Ethan Chapman, Jaggar Chapman, Emily Main,
and Catherine Main; one sister, Lorraine Mallard of
Enterprise, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents,
she was preceded in death by her husband, Marion G.
Hoke, who passed away March 20, 1964; one brother,
and two sisters.
Friends will be received
Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 1 to 3 p.m.
at
the
Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at Butler County
Memorial Park, 380 Evans City Road Butler, PA.
Funeral services will be held immediately following
at 3:00 p.m. with Minister Reid Moon of the Church
of Christ in Zelienople officiating.
Burial will be in the Butler
County Memorial Park.
