Marjorie (Stoner) Kelly, 92,
of Morrow, Georgia, passed away on November 4, 2011
at the Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough, GA.
She was born June 3, 1919 in
Butler, Pennsylvania to the late Clare E. Stoner and
the late Marjorie (Thompson) Stoner.
Mrs. Kelly was a member of St.
Andrews United Presbyterian Church since 1932. She
worked as the secretary to the President of Butler
County Community College, retiring in 1982. Upon
retirement, she was active in the Lending Hands
Organization. Mrs. Kelly was a life member of the
Butler County Association of School Retirees,
Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees, and the
Pennsylvania State Education Association. She was an
avid sports fan, following professional tennis,
golf, and football.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by one
daughter, Karen McMillan of Morrow, GA; one
grand-daughter, Allison(McMillan) Lull of Las Vegas,
NV; two nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by
her husband, James E. Kelly who passed away on
January 25, 2000; her brothers, Wayne Stoner and
Charles Stoner; and her sister, Imogen S. Slaba.

Wednesday, November 09, 2011 from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
at
Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North
Street Butler, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday,
November 9, 2011, 4:30 pm at the Thompson-Miller
Funeral Home Inc., 124 East North St. Butler, PA,
with Reverend Merry H. Meloy, officiating.
Burial will take place in the
Butler County Memorial Park.
