Wilma J. Manuel, age 74 of North Elm
Street, Butler, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at
12:35 p.m. in the Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born May 11, 1931 in Vinemont, Alabama
she was the daughter of the late James J. England and the late Velma
Sinyard.
Mrs. Manuel worked for Bon Ton in
Butler and as the assistant manager at Eiben and Irr until they
closed. She was a member of North Main Street Church of God. Mrs.
Manuel was active in her church and in the lives of her
grandchildren.
Mrs. Manuel is survived by her
husband, Jack L. Manuel and whom she married on November 21, 1953,
daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Jody) Crouse of Butler, Pennsylvania; son,
Mr. James G. Manuel and his wife Carol of Butler, Pennsylvania;
seven grandchildren: Joshua Manuel, Tyler Crouse, Jeremy Manuel,
Spencer Crouse, Fletcher Crouse, Caitlin Crouse, Jenna Manuel,
sister, Mrs. Thomas (Celia) Caudle of Vinemont, Alabama; brother,
Mr. Huey D. England of Cullman, Alabama, and by a number of nieces
and nephews.
Mrs. Manuel was preceded in death by
one brother Larry England.
Friends will be received at the
Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler,
Pennsylvania on Thursday, December 15, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. and
Friday, December 16, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson
- Miller Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at 11:00
a.m. with Reverend Kenneth C. Hall visitation pastor at North Main
Street Church Of God officiating. Interment will follow in Butler
County Memorial Park. |
