| Hazel Mauthe,
age 79 of 105 Hazlett Avenue, Butler, Pennsylvania, died Thursday,
November 11, 2004 at 3:40 p.m. in Sunnyview Home.
Born Monday, May 18, 1925 in Clarion,
Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Louis Hepfl and the late
Mabel Finnefrock.
Ms. Mauthe was a homemaker. She was a
member of the New Testament Baptist Church. .
She is survived by two sons, Martin
Mauthe of Hooker, Pennsylvania and Carl Mauthe of Butler; one
daughter, Nina Fair of Butler, fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great
grandchildren, a sister Mrs. Janet Weisenstein of Butler, two brothers
Sherwell Hepfl of Butler and Louis Hepfl of Mesa, Arizona and a number
of nieces and nephews.
Her daughter and one sister preceded
Ms. Mauthe in death.
Private visitation was held Saturday
November 13, 2004 from 2-4 at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124
East North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania.
Private services were held at the
Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc. Saturday, November 13, 2004 with
Reverend Dr. Steve Fisher, of her church, officiated. Interment was in
Calvary Cemetery.
