Marjorie E. Miller, age 89, of Passavant
Retirement Center, Zelienople, Pennsylvania, formerly of Mitchell
Avenue, Butler, Pennsylvania, died Thursday, December 22, 2005 at
9:13 p.m. in the U.P.M.C. Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. Born March 16,
1916 in Butler, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Harold P. and
Mabel McCafferty Letcher.
Mrs. Miller was a homemaker. She was
a member of North St. Christian Church and the Homebuilders Sunday
school class of the church.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her two
sons, David L. Miller and Thomas A. Miller both of Butler,
Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and by
three nieces and four nephews.
Her husband, J. E. "Dick" Miller,
preceded her in death on June 21, 1987
Friends will be received at the
Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler,
Pennsylvania on Monday, December 26, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
Funeral services will be held at the
Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, December 27, 2005
at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Robert C. Huber, of North St. Christian
Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Buffalo Presbyterian
Cemetery in Sarver, Pennsylvania. |
