Louise E. (Dietrich) Mowry,
96, of Cabot, Pennsylvania, formerly of Crisswell
Road in Penn Township, PA passed away on Monday,
June 27, 2016 at 4:50 a.m. at the Concordia Lutheran
She was born April 11, 1920
in Dorseyville, Pennsylvania to the late Charles A.
Dietrich and Martha C. (Keck) Dietrich.
Mrs. Mowry was a member of
Middlesex Presbyterian Church in America since 1951,
where she served as a Deacon and taught Sunday
School for 38 years.
She is survived by four
sons, Wilbert J. (Bert) Mowry, Jr. and his wife Erma
of Butler, PA, Robert C. Mowry and his wife Ruth of
Truth or Consequences, NM, Barry D. Mowry of Butler,
PA, and Carl D. Mowry and his wife Tammy of Butler,
PA; eight grandchildren, Todd Mowry and his wife
Karen Clay, Greta Remington and her husband Charles,
Kristina Callen and her husband Robert, Jennifer
Yeager and her husband Joseph, Diane Halstead and
her husband Raymond, Chad Mowry and his wife Amy,
Brandon Mowry and his wife Tori, and Kailyn Trimble
and her husband Ryan; fifteen great grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews .
In addition to her parents,
she was preceded in death by her husband Wilbert J.
"Bill" Mowry, whom she married on November 11, 1942
and who passed away on July 27, 2009 three brothers,
Clarence J. Dietrich, Albert C. Dietrich, and David

Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street,
Funeral services will be held on Saturday,
July 2, 2016, at 10:00 am at the Middlesex
Presbyterian Church in America, 116 Church Road,
Butler, PA with Reverend Kevin M. Bowen, of
Middlesex Presbyterian Church in America
Burial will take place in the
Butler County Memorial Park.
