Helen Vargo Pansky,
age 96 formerly of West Sunbury Road, Butler, Pennsylvania, died
Friday, December 16, 2005 at 11:55 p.m. in the Sunnyview Home.
Born September 28,
1909 in Keenan, Washington Township, Butler County she was the
daughter of the late Stephen Vargo and the late Elizabeth Vados.
Mrs. Pansky was a
homemaker. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church, a
former member of the Thiel Woman’s Club and member of the Lutheran
Woman’s Association. Mrs. Pansky attended Butler Business School
and was a graduate of the Butler Beauty School. She had worked as a
beautician at the Jean West Beauty Shoppe.
Mrs. Pansky is
survived by three nephews, two nieces and by numerous grand nieces
and nephews.
Mrs. Pansky was
preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Thomas Pansky whom she
married on September 9, 1930; he passed away on June 22, 1993, and
by one sister and two brothers.
Friends will be
received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North
Street, Butler, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 from 10
to 11 a.m.
Services will be
held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday,
December 20, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend James W. Dollhopf of
First English Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will follow in
Butler County Memorial Park.
