Catherine (Allene) Rumick, age 74
formerly of Howard Street, Butler, died Wednesday, November 2, 2005
at 4:30 p.m. in the St. John's Specialty Care Center.
Born April 10, 1931 in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late William Riggle and the
late Margaret Flickinger.
Mrs. Rumick was a retired data entry
clerk for Office of Personnel Management, Boyers, Pennsylvania. She
was a member of First English Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Rumick is survived by one
daughter, Mrs. Robert (Gloria Jayne) Anderson of Jefferson Borough,
Pennsylvania; two sons, Jeff Rumick of Tampa, Florida, Timothy
Rumick of Butler, Pennsylvania; two grandchildren, Ben Rumick and
Jessica Rumick of Tampa, Florida; and one sister, Mrs. William
(Gloria) Trempers of Greentree, Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Rumick was preceded in death by
her husband, Robert R. Rumick who passed away on April 10, 1991.
Friends will be received at the
Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler,
Pennsylvania on Friday, November 4, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson
- Miller Funeral Home, Inc. on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at 11:00
a.m. with Reverend James W. Dollhopf of First English Lutheran
Church officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial
Park, Delmont, Pennsylvania. |
