Suresh Samuel Obituary (1968 - 2021)

Suresh Samuel, 53, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 20, 2021, at the Select Specialty Hospital in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He was born July 23, 1968, in Monrovia, Liberia to the late Ravidhas Samuel and Vanaja Amirtharaj Samuel. Suresh enjoyed music, reading, history, sports, and playing his clarinet and saxophone. He graduated from IUP with a degree in Environmental Health and Biology. Suresh is survived by his mother, Vanaja Amirtharaj Samuel; one brother, Dhinesh (Yogi) Samuel of Butler, PA; two nephews, Zephan Samuel, and Zuriel Samuel. Friends will be received Thursday, December 23, 2021, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 pm (noon) at Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road, Butler, PA, with a service to follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe Floris, officiating. A private burial will take place in the North Side Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc. 124 East North Street, Butler, PA 16001.
