Grayce S. Schrumpf, 80 of Yellow Creek
Road, Prospect, died Monday, October 18, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. in Evie's
Country Care.
Born December 1, 1923 in Butler,
Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of George H. McCaslin and Nellie
Schlagel.
She was a homemaker and protestant by
faith.
Mrs. Schrumpf is survived by one
daughter, Mrs. Terry L. Snyder, one son Thomas Andrew Borcz both of
Prospect, Pennsylvania, one step-son, John W. Meyers of Harmony,
Pennsylvania, four grandsons, three step-grandchildren, one brother,
Clyde E. McCaslin of Meridian, Pennsylvania, one sister, Mrs. Velma
A. Borcz of Butler, Pennsylvania, and by a number of nieces and
nephews.
Mrs. Schrumpf is preceded in death by
her first husband, Andrew Borcz who passed away on August 19, 1989
and by her second husband, Louis Schrumpf, who passed away on June
28, 1990 and by two sisters.
Friends will be received at the Thompson
- Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, PA, on
Wednesday, October 20, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson -
Miller Funeral Home, Inc., Thursday, October 21, 2004 at 11:00 with
Reverend Kenneth C. Hall, minister of visitation at North Main
Street Church of God officiating. Interment will follow in Butler
County Memorial Park.
