Guy M. Stirling, Jr., 85
formerly of Evans City Road, died Saturday, September 13, 2003 in
Orchard Manor Nursing Home in Grove City.
Born February 20, 1918 in Butler, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Guy
M. Stirling, Sr. and Blanche Fleeger.
He was the owner and operator of Stirling Riding Stables and also was
a partner with his brother Chuck in Stirling Feed and Garden Shop. He
was a member of St. Andrew's United Presbyterian Church. Mr. Stirling
was a veteran of WW II serving in the Army.
Surviving are Many Nieces and Nephews.
Preceding him in death was his sister, Blanche Gardner, two brothers
Charles F. and William Earl Stirling.
Friends will be received at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
124 East North Street, Butler, PA, on Friday, September 19, 2003 from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc.,
Saturday, September 20, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend James
Mohr officiating. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial
Park. |
