Richard P. Dobson, age 65 of Evergreen
Nursing Center, Harmony, Pennsylvania, formerly of Chicora,
Pennsylvania died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 6:15 p.m. in the
Evergreen Nursing Center. Born
January 31, 1943 in Butler, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late
Harold W. Dobson and the late Vivienne I. Wampler.
Mr. Dobson was a storeroom clerk for
Buffalo Pittsburgh Railroad. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Dobson is survived by son, Donald
J. Dobson, two daughters, Jodi L. L. Waldor, Judy A. and Mike
McCollough all of Butler, Pennsylvania; Ten Grandchildren: Jenna
Weitzel, Francine So, Brandon Dobson, Corbin McCollough, Kyiva
McCollough, Lev McCollough, Cameron Dobson, Kaleb Waldor, Hanna
Dobson, and Lyra McCollough; two brothers, James W. Dobson and
Michael D. Dobson both of Butler, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Sandy
L. Weitzel of Zelienople, Pennsylvania, and Sally J. Nickel of
Florida.
Mr. Dobson was preceded in death by
his mother and father and his sister Shirley L. Snyder.
Friends will be received at the
Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler,
Pennsylvania on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the Grace @
Calvary Church on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with
Reverend Tim Bupp of Grace @ Calvary Church officiating. |
