June 12, 1921 - April 27, 2008

Edna P. Douthett, age 86 of Evergreen Nursing Center, formerly of Mahood Road, Butler, Pennsylvania died Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 6:20 a.m. in the Evergreen Nursing Center. 

Born September 12, 1921 in Arnold, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Joseph Fish and the late Edna Orris. 

Mrs. Douthett was a waitress for Howard Johnson and Natili's in Butler.  She was a member of North Main Street Church of God.  Mrs. Douthett served on the Slippery Rock School Board of Education. 

Mrs. Douthett is survived by one son, W. Glenn and his wife Janet Douthett of Butler, Pennsylvania; two daughters and their husbands, Donna and William Robinson of Corolla, North Carolina, Nancy and Larry Killmeyer of Fenelton, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and by a number of nieces and nephews. 

Mrs. Douthett was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Douthett who passed away on January 8, 1998 and also by four sisters and four brothers. 

Friends will be received at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, Inc., 124 East North Street, Butler, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. 

Services will be held at the Thompson - Miller Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Dennis Krajacic of Community Alliance Church officiating.  Interment will follow in Greenlawn Burial Estates.
