Helen Ivey, age 85 of Sunnyview Home,
formerly of Sawmill Lane, Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away Friday,
May 23, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. in the Sunnyview Home.
Born in Odenville, Alabama on December
18, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Carl Ash and Edith Jones
Ash.
Mrs. Ivey was a homemaker. She
enjoyed gardening, sewing and being with her family.
She is survived by one daughter,
Melba Engel of Butler, Pennsylvania, two grandchildren Rene Engel of
Butler, Pennsylvania and Kimberly Alexander of Portland, Oregon, two
great-grandchildren, One brother, Robert Ash, three sisters, Lois
Holbert, Betty Champion and Judy Rawlings all of Alabama and by
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one
infant son, one daughter and one brother. |
