Helen C. Cousins, 102, formerly of 125
St. Paul's Street, Butler, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday, October 20,
2009 at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born August 14, 1907 in Slippery Rock,
Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late William G. Eates and
Mona Irene Cartwright Eates.
Mrs. Cousins was a homemaker and a
truck driver with her husband. She was a member of The Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she had been a member of
the Relief Society of the church.
Mrs. Cousins is preceded in death by
her son, Harry R. Frazier of Hollywood, California; two
stepdaughters, Pauline F. Wazelle of Maumee, Ohio, and Marilyn J.
Bradford of Silverton, Oregon; one brother, William F. Eates of
Butler, Pennsylvania, her parents and by her husband, Paul B.
Cousins, who died in 1978.
Friends will be received at The
Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, 365 Sawmill Run Road
Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 3:00 to 4:00
p.m.
Services will be held at The Church
of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday, October 24, 2009
at 4:00 p.m. with Bishop Kevin Popa of The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-Day Saints officiating. Interment will follow in Slippery
Rock Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family
