Derek J. Dickson, age 27, of Butler,
Pennsylvania passed away Saturday, October 3, 2009 at his home.
Born in Natrona Heights on June 27, 1982
he was the son of David Dickson and Anna Vesztergom Dickson.
Derek was a 2000 graduate of Butler
High School and studied metrology at Butler County Community
College. He was a quality assurance technician. He attended
Community Alliance Church.
In addition to his parents, Derek is
also survived by a son, Deven Dickson of Butler; two brothers, Dan
Dickson of Butler and Dave Dickson and his wife, Jessica, of Caro,
Michigan; his paternal grandparents, Richard and Ruth Dickson, and
his maternal grandparents, John and Magdalena Vesztergom, all of
Butler, and one nephew, Seth Dickson, and several aunts, uncles and
cousins also survive..
Friends and family of Derek Dickson
will be received at The Thompson-Miller Funeral Home Inc., 124 East
North St. Butler, Pennsylvania 16001 on Tuesday October 6 , 2009
from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
Funeral services will be from the
Community Alliance Church, 800 Mercer Road, Butler, Pennsylvania
16001 on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend
Dennis Krajacic of Community Alliance Church officiating. |
