Thomas F. Hilliard, age 76 of Butler, Pennsylvania, died 11:55 a.m. Thursday, December 24, 2009 at his home.

 Born May 5, 1933 in Prospect, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Paul G. and Sarah E. Timblin Hilliard.

 Previously worked at Castle Rubber Company then worked at Pullman Standard until closing in 1983. He worked at Aero Mayflower Moving Agency retiring 1991.

Mr. Hilliard was a protestant by faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War.

 Mr. Hilliard is survived by one daughter Tammy and her husband, Brian Lindsay of Butler, Pennsylvania; three sons, Carl R. Hilliard of Prospect, Pennsylvania, Frank Hilliard of Butler, Pennsylvania, Fredrick Hilliard of Butler, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren; number of great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

 Mr. Hilliard was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Musick) Hilliard who died on August 31, 1996; a daughter; two sisters and five brothers.

 At the request of Thomas F. Hilliard there will be no public visitation or funeral.
